Admin can add emails for tickets by click on the add ticket via email button. There is a portion of search which admin use to search the emails by email. How many emails are added show in the form of a list. In this portion admin can also edit and delete the emails.
This is filter for ticket via email page, it can be used to find any specific email. Admin filter emails by email. After filling criteria in field click on search button will show email of that criteria reset button will disable the criteria and show all emails.
In this portion display the list of who many emails are added. Admin also views the email, ticket email type, host type, attachments and action. Admin can also edit and delete the emails.
This portion is the head of the list which represents the email, ticket email type, host type, attachments and action.
This portion represents a single email and provides us detail about that specific email like email, ticket email type, host type, attachments and action.
