This is user detail page for admin it has all the details about a user.

This portion represents an individual user, it has user image, first name, last name, email,
location, gender and student id. 

This portion represents the enrolled courses, shortlist courses and badges. There are some actions
button like disable, delete and enforce delete on the right side of the bottom.

This portion shows the list of enrolled courses.

Header

This portion is the header of the list.

This portion represents a single user and provides us details about that specific user like course
image, title, instructor name, category, enrolled date, lesson, enrolled student and ratting.
There are some actions buttons like view detail and un-enroll on the right side of the bottom.
