This page is used for inserting new entity in the system.

Fields Area

This portion has all the fields for inserting a new entity, the fields are

Title*: This will be entity title.
Published: Controls published/ unpublished of entity.
Default: Controls the default status of entity.

Fields titles that have '*' next to their title are required.

Save Button

This portion has two buttons save and cancel. If all the required fields are filled click on 
save entity button will save the entity. Cancel button will close this page and take back to
entities listing page.

For edit case this page will hold values of the category that is being edited and click on
save button will save changes.
