This is ticket listing page for a staff member, staff member can view tickets of his assigned departments,
tickets directly assigned to him by admin or other staff members. There is an option that allows admin to
allow any staff member to view all tickets if the staff member is allowed to view all tickets then all the
tickets of the system will be visible here.

This portion is a top menu for my tickets page. The top menu has links home, tickets, knowledge base, downloads
and faq's. There are further sub menus for some links. The sub menu links of tickets links are add ticket and
my tickets.
This portion has five buttons each button has title and number of tickets, the buttons are open, closed, answered,
overdue and all tickets. Click on any of the five buttons will show those specific tickets on the page.
This portion is filter for my tickets page, it can be used to find tickets of any specific criteria. Staff member
filter tickets by ticket id, email address or subject. After filling criteria in fields click on search button
will show ticket of that criteria reset button will disable the criteria and show all tickets.
If staff clicks on "+" sign or the right side this portion appears on screen, it is comprehensive search. Staff
can define criteria using the search fields and click on search button then only the tickets that fulfill
staff specified criteria will be visible in a listing, reset button will disable the criteria and show all
tickets. The fields and the titles can be controlled from field ordering.
This portion has buttons that can be used for sorting and ordering of tickets. The options available are subject,
priority, ticket id, answered, status and created. Click on any of these buttons will sort the results according
to that button`s title and re click on any button will change the ordering (ascending, descending) of tickets.
This portion represents a single ticket, it has a photo, from, department, ticket status, ticket id, last reply
and priority of a ticket. Click on the subject of a ticket will take to ticket detail for that ticket. The
labels for values come from field ordering.
