This page is use to view all the feedbacks. There is a search portion for feedbacks page, admin use
this portion to search the feedbacks.

This is filter for feedbacks page, it can be used to find any specific feedback. Admin filter feedbacks by ticket id,
subject, from, staff member and department. After filling criteria in fields click on search button will show
feedback of that criteria reset button will disable the criteria and show all feedback.
To enable Feedback emails
Admin > JS Support Ticket > Configurations > Email Setting > Send Feedback Email To User
To configure feedback email setting by click on the email setting tab.
This portion display an highlighted field name as send feedback email to user.
Admin can Enable or Disable the feedback fields by using this configuration for users.
When we click on the save configurations button email setting will be saved.
In configurations click on feedback setting and set feedback setting.
Admin > JS Support Ticket > Configurations > Feedback Setting
This portion display the feedback setting fields.
This portion is use to select delay type for feedback email.
This portion is use to set no. of days or hours to send feedback email after ticket is closed.
This text will appear whenever anyone submits feedback.
When we click on the save configurations button feedback setting will be saved.
