Staff member can add faq's by click on the add faq's button. There is a portion of search which staff member use to search the faq's by title and category. How many faq's are added show in the form of a list. In this portion staff member can also edit and delete the faq's.
This portion is a top menu for faq's page. The top menu has links to home, tickets, knowledge base, announcements, downloads and faq's.
This portion is page heading it has a page title.
This is filter for faq's page, it can be used to find any specific faq's. Staff member filter faq's by title and category. After filling criteria in fields click on search button will show faq of that criteria reset button will disable the criteria and show all faq's list.
In this portion display the list of who many faq's are added. Staff member also views the title, category, status, created and action of the faq's. Staff member can also edit and delete the faq's.
This portion is the head of the faq's list which represents the title, category, status, created and action of the faq's.
This portion represents a single faq's and provides us details about that specific faq's like title, category, status, created and action.
