This page is used to add new help topics, admin can add the help topics by using this page.
Help Topic*: In this portion admin write the name of the help topic. Status: In this portion admin selects the status active or disabled. Department*: This portion is used to select the department. Auto Response: This portion is used to auto response for this topic. Field titles that have '*' next to their title are required.
When admin fills all the required field and clicks on the save button, new help topic will be created.
