This page is used to create a new knowledge base, admin can create the knowledge base by using this page.
Category*: In this portion admin select the category of the knowledge base. Type: This portion is used to select the type public or draft. Subject*: In this portion we write the subject. Attachments: This portion is used to attach the files. Field titles that have '*' next to their title are required.
Data about data is the meta data. Meta Keywords is used to tell the what is the topic of this page. Meta descriptions are HTML attributes that provide concise summaries of web pages. They commonly appear underneath the blue click able links in a search engine results page (SERP).
Admin can create the knowledge base by click on the add knowledge base button. Which is the right side of the breadcrumbs. In this portion admin selects the status active or disabled. When admin fill all the required fields and click on save knowledge base button, new knowledge base will be created.
