This portion is a top menu for my tickets page. The top menu has links home, tickets, knowledge base, downloads
and faq's. There are further sub menus for some links. The sub menu links of tickets links are add ticket and
my tickets.
This portion has ticket status, created time and date , Ticked id, priority and last reply date.
This portion has subject and department of ticket on the left side. on the right side there are
three buttons close ticket, ticket history and print ticket.
Click on close ticket button closes the ticket.
Click on print button takes to print interface.
Click on Ticket history button opens this pop-up that has details about different actions that are
performed on the ticket.
This portion is requesters info it has details about the person who created the ticket. it has
name and email of the requester. There is a show detail button on the right side.
Click on show detail button provides more details about user like phone number and help topic.
This portion is ticket thread it has the conversation(replies) that has happened between user,
staff member and admin regarding this ticket.
This portion is for reply, it has a text editor that user can use to write whatever he wants to
say to admin or staff member. User can add attachments to reply same as ticket. there is a check
box in the bottom portion, that check box is for user if user wants to close his ticket after his
reply. There is a post reply button at the bottom that stores the reply into the system.
