This page is user to create new department, staff member can create the department by using this page.
This portion is top menu for department form page. The top menu has links of home, tickets, knowledge base, announcements, downloads and faq's.
This portion is page heading it has page title.
Title*: In this portion staff member write the title of department. Type*: This portion is use to select the type of department such as public or private. Outgoing Email*: In this portion staff member selects the outgoing email. Receive Email: In this portion select the button yes or no to receive the email. Status: This field is use to select the status of department. Field titles that have '*' next to their title are required. Staff member which have permissions to create the department can create department by click on the add department button. When staff member fills all the required fields and click on save department button, the new department will be created.
When staff member click on save department button, new department will be created.
