Admin Left Menu > JS Jobs > Cover Letter.
This page has all the cover letters of the system.
This portion has action buttons that can be used for performing different action on single or
multiple (using check boxes) cover letters at a time. The buttons that are available are
published, unpublished, delete.
This portion is filter for cover letters listing. Admin can filter cover letters on the basis of title
and status (published, unpublished). When admin uses filter only cover letter that fulfills his provided
criteria are shown on the page. Reset button will disable filter criteria and show all cover letters.
This portion is table header it tells us what different columns represent about a record.
First column is a check box it can be used to select all visible cover letters and perform
any action on those cover letters using top action buttons.
This portion represents an individual record. It has title, published and actions icons for a
cover letter.
Title is text how the cover letter will appear in combo box or as value on (views and
listings)
Publish status controls whether the cover letter will be visible in a combo box or not.
Published, unpublished can be changed by a single click for a cover letter.
If admin clicks on edit icon then admin will be redirected to edit cover letter layout with
details of the cover letter filled in the form(edit case).
If admin clicks on delete icon then cover letter will be deleted, if it has not been used in
a job apply.

Admin can use this page to edit any cover letter.
This portion has fields for different details about cover letter. The fields are
Cover Letter Name*: This will be cover letter name.
Description: This will be cover letter description.
This portion has two buttons save and cancel, after required field is filled a click on save
cover letter button will save the cover letter, and click on cancel button will take back to
cover letter listing page.
