Admin Left Menu > Email Templates > Options.
This is email options page, it controls whether to send email against different actions or not.
This portion is table header it tells us what different columns represent about a record.
This portion has the options to enable disable email for different actions on course. The
actions are
Add new course email can be sent to admin and instructor. There are two separate options to
control email for add new course to admin and instructor.
Delete course email can only be sent to instructor. Admin can control whether to send email on
delete course or not.
Featured course status email can only be sent to instructor. Admin can control whether to send email on
featured course status or not.
Course status email can only be sent to instructor. Admin can control whether to send email on
course status or not.
This portion has the options to enable disable email for different actions on enrollment. The
actions are
New enrollment email can be sent to admin, instructor and student.
This portion has the options to enable disable email for a new payouts.
Payouts email can be sent to admin and instructor. There are two separate options to control email for
payouts to admin and instructor.
This portion has the options to enable disable email for miscellaneous actions. The actions are
Register new user email can be sent to admin, instructor and student. There are three separate options
to control email for register new user to admin, instructor and student.
Message to sender email can be sent to instructor and student. There are two separate options to control
email for message to sender to instructor and student.
Admin can change email option status for any available action by a single click.
Tick sign means email will be sent.
Cross sign means email will not be sent.
Dash(-) means email cannot be sent.
