Add Knowledge Base

This portion is a top menu for staff member page. The top menu has links of home, tickets, knowledge base, 
announcements, downloads and faq's.

Add Knowledge Base

This portion is page heading it has a page title.

Field Area

Add Knowledge Base

Category*: In this portion staff member selects the category of the knowledge base.
Type*: This portion is used to select the type public, private or draft.
Subject*: In this portion write the subject.
Attachments: This portion is used to attach the file.

Field titles that have '*' next to their title are required.

Add Knowledge Base

Data about data is the meta data. Meta keywords are used to tell the what is the topic of this page.
Meta descriptions are HTML attributes that provide concise summaries of web pages. They commonly 
appear underneath the blue click able links in a search engine results page (SERP).

Add Knowledge Base

A staff member can create the knowledge base by click on the add knowledge base button. In this portion staff member
selects the status active or disabled. When staff member fill all the required fields and click on save knowledge base 
button, new knowledge base will be created.
