Department Section

Permissions

This portion shows all the list of departments which exists in the system. If staff member has permissions.
Staff member can perform all actions on tickets of those departments.

Ticket Section

In the ticket section admin can allow the permissions to a staff member and user can perform all the actions on tickets.

Add Ticket

In this portion permissions control staff member to add ticket or not.

Edit Ticket

In this portion permissions control staff member to edit ticket or not.

Close Ticket
