This page has all the email templates, admin can edit the email templates using this page.
This portion represents an individual email template, what will be sent in email template.
This portion appears differently for different email templates.
This portion represents the subject of the email admin can change this text using the
provided field.
This portion represents the body (content) of the email. This text editor contains what will
in the body of email (different body for different actions).
This portion represents the parameters and what those parameters mean for the email template
(meaning names, titles, costs, status). These parameters are required for providing better
information to the receiver.
This portion has a save email template button that saves changes in the email (updates the email templates).
This portion has title of all the email templates, admin can use this portion to view any
particular email template. The email templates that exist in JS Jobs are.
New company, delete company, company status, new job, new visitor job, job status, job delete,
new resume, new visitor resume, resume status, delete resume, new employer, new job seeker,
employer purchase credits pack, job seeker purchase credits pack, job seeker package expiry,
employer package expiry, job apply admin, job apply employer, job apply job seeker,
applied resume status change, job alert, tell to friend.
System has separate email templates for all above cases (actions).
Whenever a new company is created in the system. There is an email template which will be sent to
employer and admin. The parameters for new company email template are.
{COMPANY_NAME}: Company name.
{EMPLOYER_NAME}: Employer name who created the company.
{COMPANY_LINK}: Link to view company (company information page).
{COMPANY_CREDITS}: Credits consumed for creating new company.
{COMPANY_STATUS}: Company status (pending, approved).
Whenever a company is deleted, there is an email template which will be sent to the employer. The
parameters for delete company email are.
{COMPANY_NAME}: Company name.
{COMPANY_OWNER_NAME}: company owner name.
Whenever status of a company is changed company (approve, reject),
featured (approved, reject, pending), there is an email template which will be sent to
employer. The parameters for company status email are.
{COMPANY_NAME}: Company name.
{EMPLOYER_NAME}: Employer name (owner of the company).
{COMPANY_LINK}: Link to view company (company information page).
{COMPANY_STATUS}: Company (approve, reject), featured (approved, reject, pending).

Whenever a new job is created in the system. There is an email template which will be sent to
employer and admin. The parameters for new job email template are.
{JOB_TITLE}: Job title.
{EMPLOYER_NAME}: Employer name who created the job.

{JOB_CREDITS}: Credits consumed for new job.

be sent to visitor (employer) and admin. The parameters for new visitor job email template are.

be sent to visitor (job seeker) and admin. The parameters for new visitor resume email template

{JOBSEEKER_NAME}: Job seeker name who created the resume.

Whenever status of a resume is changed resume (approve, reject), featured (approved, reject, pending),

Whenever any job alert will be sent from JS Jobs, there is a email template that will be sent to
user (job seeker, employer, visitor). The parameters for job alert email are.

{JOBS_INFO}: Jobs information.
Whenever any user(employer, job seeker, visitor) sends a job via tell a friend, there is a email
template that will be sent. The parameters for tell a friend email are.
{SENDER_NAME}: Sender name.
{SITE_NAME}: Site title.
{JOB_TITLE}: Job title.
{JOB_CATEGORY}: Job category.
{COMPANY_NAME}: Company name.
