Overall report
Reports → Over All opens Overall Reports: activity across the whole site in the past month, and how jobs, resumes and companies spread over categories, cities and job types.

The number boxes
Section titled “The number boxes”All four count what was added in the past month (today and each day back to, but not including, the same date last month), whatever its status.
| Box | Counts |
|---|---|
| Total Jobs | Jobs created. |
| Total Resumes | Resumes created. |
| Total Companies | Companies created. |
| Total Applied Resume | Applications sent, by the day they were sent. |
The line chart
Section titled “The line chart”Overall Reports draws one line per box (Jobs, Resume, Company and Applied Resume) with one point per day over the same month, so you can see when the activity happened. Hover over a point to see that day’s numbers.
The breakdown charts
Section titled “The breakdown charts”These count everything on the site, not just the past month, and include records of any status. Each chart shows the five entries with the most, highest first.
| Section | Chart | Counts |
|---|---|---|
| By Categories | Jobs | Jobs per category. |
| Resume | Resumes per category (the category the job seeker chose on the resume). | |
| Companies | Companies per category, as a pie. | |
| By Cities | Jobs | Jobs per city. A job listed in several cities counts in each. |
| Companies | Companies per city, as a pie. A company in several cities counts in each. | |
| Resume | Resume addresses per city. A resume with two addresses in the same city counts twice. | |
| By Types | Jobs | Jobs per job type (Full-time, Part-time and so on). |
| Resume | Resumes per job type the job seeker is looking for. |

Reading the numbers
Section titled “Reading the numbers”- Counts include jobs, resumes and companies that are waiting for approval or were rejected, and jobs that have expired.
- Deleted records are not counted anywhere.
- A category, city or type with no jobs can appear with 0 when fewer than five have any. Categories are listed by their name as entered under Categories, translated if you have a translation for it.
The other two reports are described in Employer and job seeker reports.
