This is a ticket listing page for admin, admin can view all tickets, check detail, also edit and delete
tickets. All the tickets will be displayed here, which are created by the admin, staff members and users.

This portion is filter for my tickets page, it can be used to find tickets of any specific criteria. Admin
filter tickets by subject, ticket id, email address, staff, department, priority and date. After filling
criteria in fields click on search button will show ticket of that criteria reset button will disable
the criteria and show all tickets.
This portion has five buttons each button has title and number of tickets, the buttons are open, closed,
answered, overdue and all tickets.
Admin clicks the open button list of the tickets will be displayed. In this list those tickets
are a display which is new or waiting for a reply.
Answered tickets are those tickets which get the reply and added into the answered list.
When the admin clicks on the overdue button list of overdue tickets display. Overdue tickets are those
that have not been resolved within the due time period.
Those tickets that are closed and show in the closed ticket list.
In this portion, all tickets display in the list does not matter which ticket has what status.
This portion has six buttons subject, priority, ticket id, answered status and created. These buttons can be
used for sorting and ordering of tickets. Click on any of these buttons will sort the results according to that
button's title and re click on any button will change the ordering (ascending, descending) of tickets.
This portion represents a single ticket. It has the photo, subject, from, departments, ticket status,
ticket id, last reply, priority, assign to and created date for a ticket. There are also four buttons
on the ticket right side of the bottom name ticket detail, edit, delete and enforce delete.
When the admin clicks on ticket detail button admin view detail of the ticket. In this portion, admin can edit,
close, more option, check ticket history, print and also merge the ticket. In the portion of ticket detail
admin views the requested information, ticket thread and post reply. When the admin clicks on more options
button, then admin can lock ticket, ban email, Unmark overdue, mark in progress, ban email and close ticket.
Admin can edit the ticket when clicking on the edit button. In the portion of edit admin can change priority,
full name, phone, email address, department, help topic, subject, assigns to and Status of the ticket.
In this portion admin can delete the ticket by click on the delete button. The reference of a ticket will remain
same but the ticket will be deleted.
In this portion admin can delete the ticket by click on enforce delete button. The ticket will be deleted and reference
of the ticket will also delete.
