Downloads

There is a portion of search which user use to search the downloads by title. In category portion user 
selects the category and get the downloads about a selective category. This portion display all the 
downloads in the form of a list.

Top Menu

This portion is a top menu for user page. The top menu has links home, tickets, knowledge base, announcements, 
downloads and faq's.

This portion is page heading it has a page title.

Search

This portion is filter for user page, it can be used to find any specific download. User filter the downloads 
by title. After filling criteria in fields click on search button will show download of that criteria reset 
button will disable the criteria and show all downloads list.   

Categories List

This portion displays the list of categories.

Categories Header

This portion is the head of the category.

Categories

This portion represents a single category, user can click on category and get the downloads of 
that specific category.

Downloads List

In this portion display the list of downloads. User clicks on the download button to download the attached files. 

Downloads Header

This portion is the head of the knowledge base.

This portion represents a single download. When user click on the download button a pop-up will display 
on the screen. This pop-up display all the attached files. User can download all attach files by click 
on download button. 

Pop-up

When clicks on the download button a pop-up will show you. In this pop-up all attached files are shown.
User can download the files by click on the download button.

Pop-up Header

This portion is the header of the pop-up. There is a close button on the right side of the pop-up. 
When you click on the close button the pop-up will be closed.

Description Area

In this portion admin or staff member write the description about the attached files.

Attachments List

This portion displays the list of attached files which user can download.   

This portion display a single attachment of file, user can download this file by click on the 
download button.

Download Button

A user can download all the attach files by click on download all button.
