The free monthly limit
The free version makes up to 50 AI suggestions a month. Pro has no monthly limit.
What counts
Section titled “What counts”Every answer from the AI counts as one, whether you accept it later or not:
- Each suggestion from Suggest Fixes in the Fix Queue.
- Each use of Suggest alt text with AI in the article editor.
What doesn’t count
Section titled “What doesn’t count”- Video titles from YouTube and Vimeo.
- Fixes you type yourself and accept.
- Scans, check on save and the page check. They never use AI.
Seeing how many are left
Section titled “Seeing how many are left”The dashboard’s AI spend this month card says AI suggestions this month: 12 of 50. The count starts again on the 1st.
When the 50 are used
Section titled “When the 50 are used”The Fix Queue and the editor button say All 50 AI suggestions for this month have been made. The count starts again on the 1st; you can still write fixes by hand.
You can still:
- Type fixes yourself in the Fix Queue and accept them.
- Get video titles.
- Scan, and see every problem.
On the 1st of the next month, the count starts again at 0.
The spend cap still applies
Section titled “The spend cap still applies”The 50 suggestions are also limited by your monthly spend cap. With the default models, 50 suggestions usually cost less than a cent, so the 50 are usually reached long before a $5 cap.
No limit in Pro
Section titled “No limit in Pro”With Pro, there is no monthly number: suggestions stop only at your spend cap. Pro also adds Suggest for all and nightly suggestions. See Free and Pro.
