This page is used to create new tickets, admin can create tickets using this page.

Field Area
User: Admin select the user by click on the select user by using the pop-up.
Priority*: Admin can select one priority from field high, low, normal and urgent.
Full Name*: Admin enters the full name.
Phone: Admin Enter the phone number.
Email Address*: Admin enters the email address.
Department*: Admin select the department.
Help Topic: Admin select the help topic.
Subject*: Admin enters the subject.
Premade: Admin select the premade.
Attachments: Admin attach the file click on the choose button but the file size maximum is 3072kb.
Issue Summary*: Admin write the issue summary.
Internal Note Title*: Admin write the internal note title.
Internal Note: Admin use the internal note to communicate with the staff member.
Due Date: This field is used to select the due date.
Assign To: Admin use this field to select the staff member to assign the ticket.
Status*: This field is use to select the status.

Field titles that have '*' next to their title are required.

Admin can create the ticket by click on the add ticket button. When admin fill all the required fields
and click on the create ticket button, new ticket will be created.

Pop-up
When admin click on select user link.

Add Ticket

This pop-up will appear on a screen and used for selecting the user on whose behalf ticket will be created.

Pop-up Header

Add Ticket

This portion is a pop-up header, it has a close icon (cross image) on the right side that can be used to close the pop-up.

Pop-up Search

Add Ticket

This is a search portion that can be used to find any specific user. Admin can search on the basis of a name,
username and email address. When the admin fills search criteria and clicks on search then only users that fulfill
his information criteria are shown in the pop-up. Reset button disables the search criteria and shows all users.

Pop-up Field

Add Ticket

This portion represents different columns of data are (user id, name, user name, email).

Add Ticket

This portion represents a single user and provides us details about that specific user like user id, user name, 
email address and name. .
