This portion represents an individual email template, what will be sent in email template. 
This portion appears differently for different email templates.

This portion represents the subject of the email admin can change this text using the 
provided field. 

This portion represents the body (content) of the email. This text editor contains what will 
in the body of email (different body for different actions).

This portion represents the parameters and what those parameters means for the email template. These
parameters are required for providing better information to the receiver.

Save Button

This portion has a save email template button that saves changes in the email (updates the email
templates).

This portion has title of all the email templates, admin can use this portion to view any particular
email template. The email templates that exist in JS Learn Manager are.

New course admin, new course, course status, delete course, new enrollment student, new enrollment
instructor, new enrollment admin, register new user, new user admin, course alert, featured course
status, tell a friend, payout email admin, payout email instructor and message to sender.
System has separate email templates for all above cases (actions).

Email Template For New Course Admin

Whenever a new course is created in the system. There is an email template which will be sent to
admin. The parameters for new course admin email template are.

{INSTRUCTOR_NAME}: Instructor name
{COURSE_TITLE}: Course title
{COURSE_STATUS}: Course status
{COURSE_CATEGORY}: Course category
{ACCESS_TYPE}: Access type
{PUBLISHED_STATUS}: Publish/Unpublish status
{COURSE_LINK}: Course link

Whenever a new course is created in the system. There is an email template which will be sent to
instructor. The parameters for new course email template are.

{INSTRUCTOR_NAME}: Instructor name
{COURSE_TITLE}: Course title
{COURSE_STATUS}: Course status
{COURSE_CATEGORY}: Course category
{ACCESS_TYPE}: Access type
{COURSE_LINK}: Course link

Whenever a course status is changed in the system. There is an email template which will be sent to
instructor. The parameters for course status email template are.

{INSTRUCTOR_NAME}: Instructor name
{COURSE_TITLE}: Course title
{COURSE_LINK}: Course link
{ACCESS_TYPE}: Access type
{PUBLISHED_STATUS}: Publish/Unpublish status
{COURSE_STATUS}: Course approve or reject(Featured)

Whenever a course is deleted in the system. There is an email template which will be sent to instructor.

When a student or instructor send message then receive an email. There is an email template which will

{SENDER_EMAIL_ADDRESS}: Sender email address
{MESSAGE}: Message from sender
