This configuration controls whether the visitor can open a ticket or not.

Show Captcha On Visitor Form Ticket
This configuration controls the visibility of captcha to visitor on from ticket.

Captcha Selection
Js support ticket has two captchas, js support ticket captcha and google recaptcha.
Admin can select which captcha he wants to use on his site.

Google Recaptcha Public Key

Google Recaptcha Private Key
Please enter the google recaptcha private key from https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin

Own Captcha Calculation Type
This configuration only affects on js support ticket captcha. This configuration allows admin 
to control calculation type of js support ticket captcha.

Own Captcha Operands
This configuration only affects on js support ticket captcha. This configuration allows admin 
to control the number of operands in js support ticket captcha.

Own Captcha Subtraction Answer Positive
This configuration only affects if captcha calculation type is selected any or subtraction. 
This configuration allows whether answer of captcha must be positive or not.

New Ticket Message
This message will show on new ticket

Allow Users To Reply Via Email On Closed Ticket
Select whether users can reply to closed ticket via email or not.

User Can Print Ticket
This configuration control user print ticket from ticket detail or not.

Visitor Ticket Creation Message
 This text will appear whenever visitor creates ticket.
